Exchange for Customer Requirement
If a customer wishes to exchange a product due to a personal requirement, such as a change of mind, wrong selection, or other personal reason, the exchange request must be made within 48 hours after receiving the item.

The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and invoices included. Exchange approval will be subject to product condition and company policy.
