Allergic reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Liberty Store.lk will arrange a refund or replacement with a suitable product for the individual product that caused the allergic reaction.

If you change your mind, you may exchange the product(s) with another product(s) or brand within three (3) days after receiving them. Goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for goods that are not in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.

Delivery charges for returns will not be covered by Liberty Store.lk.
