Items with damaged packaging or changes in preference post-order placement are not eligible for returns. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original state. Refunds for Koko and Mintpay orders will be processed within 6-10 working days, while other orders will be refunded within 6 working days. What if I no longer need the product I ordered?
