What is your return procedure?

Items with damaged packaging or changes in preference post-order placement are not eligible for returns. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original state. Refunds for Koko and Mintpay orders will be processed within 6-10 working days, while other orders will be refunded within 6 working days. Please contact us with your details and the original invoice.


What if I no longer need the product I ordered?

You can return the item within 7 days of dispatch with original packaging and sealing intact for a refund or exchange. Please specify your reasons for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. Contact us for further information.
